Founded in 1901, more than a century ago, Ethnographic Museum is one of the oldest museums in the Balkans. The items in the museum were collected during ethnographic researches throughout the country, as well as the neighboring countries where the Serbs used to live. Nowadays, the museum includes about 120,000 items in its collections, 50,000 of which are ethnographic objects.
