Belgrade’s seaside isn’t quite on the coast, but you’ll be hard pressed to care once you set up shop alongside the refreshing shores on Ada Ciganlija. When the thermometer reaches its summer heights it seems as though the entire city descends upon this river island, some for active recreation and others for the more tranquil pastime of lying in the sun with a beer. It isn’t particularly easy to get to without a car or bike, so we recommend downloading the Car:Go app and making the trip a whole lot easier.
