Nestled amongst the city’s theatres and shops this hotel has recently undergone a £2million refurb, resulting in fresh, modern, clean and comfortable rooms. But it’s the Bonne Auberge French brasserie that is its real pulling power, enjoyed by guests and city dwellers alike. Hotelier and Restaurateur Maurice V Taylor first opened La Bonne Auberge Brasserie, as Glasgow's original French Mediterranean Brasserie and Bar on Bastille Day in 1975. Although its home has changed, the ethos hasn’t  and the neither has the quality of the food.
