Aram Mnatsakanov's countryside restaurant is the ideal dacha: a dining hall with its own fireplace on the first floor; a canteen, library and children's room on the second floor; and wide balconies and a spacious terrace. Homemade pasta, thin curst pizza, plov, lagman, eggplant with parmesan, shashlik and chebureki - the menu may seem slightly populist but even during the busiest hours you're guaranteed top quality food and speedy service. On weekends the huge wooden house in the middle of a birch tree forest is full from the early morning to the late night hours - so book in advance to avoid disappointment!
