Located on a quiet street not far from Ligovsky pr., this cafe is named after the legendary and hospitable French farmer Frantz Philibert, who wound up in the Dutch provinces and gained his fame serving his cordial and fine fare. The menu is not extensive, but it is interesting. Here you can try delicious French quiches, Dutch soup and herring, and mussels. The café is designed in a Provencal style with furniture made from light-coloured wood, high ceilings, and bookshelves filled with dishes. They also have a Sunday brunch: a set menu of hot and cold appetisers, a glass of French wine and either tea or coffee with homemade sweets, all for 850Rbl.
