Museum of Theatre and Music

This museum, situated in one of the most beautiful ensembles of the city by Carlo Rossi, actually consists of two different exhibitions. The "Magic World of Theatre" on the 5th floor features several models of ancient theatres and few early devices for stage sounds. Crammed with original photos, drawings, costumes, posters, documents and tons of other memorabilia of diverse luminaries of the Petersburg Dramatic School such as Pushkin and Gogol, this museum is a must-see for theatre lovers.
