The café, reputed for its soviet-style décor, is exclusively built for tourists. Boasting soviet-style panelling, soviet films and a Russian bar experience, the restaurant menus are also notably in English. Authenticity is perhaps traded in for commercial and materialistic exhibitionism however and there is a slight sense that this is a constructed artifice.
