Some of the pieces here are filled with hot air, literally: a ballooning khachapuri deflates at the slightest fork poke, while the house special Oxygenated Coffee is just a frothy latte. But don’t let that get you down: the waiters are very friendly, the food is good and the restaurant is so large that you can sit comfortably wherever and however long you wish. The cuisine is “Pan-Asian,” and includes everything from Ukrainian borscht to Japanese sushi. The interior decorating is based on a kind of eclectic, pop-art Central Asian style, with brightly-colored couches and intricate carpet designs. Early afternoon orders are 30% off, so hop a few escalators in the Galeria shopping centre to get here in time for lunch.
