It’s impossible to imagine Georgian cuisine without cheese and as the old adage goes, if you want something done right, do it yourself. This is exactly what this new café decided to do. To make the perfect cheese for the nine different types of khachapuri on the menu, the owners built their own creamery where they make four types of suluguni, nadugi and imeretinsky cheese. The menu also boasts khachapuri, khinkali, pkhali, shakhlama and other Georgian staples. An atmosphere of an intimate Georgian feast reigns supreme.
