If you’re craving seafood without pretentiousness, Kombinat is all about casual, comfort seafood. You can choose between the more casual first floor with a bar and a tapas menu or the second floor with a more sit down atmosphere and the full menu. The head chef put together the entire geographical map of Russia in one menu: Crimean mackerel, Siberian muksun, various fish from Kamchatka and other Far Eastern spots, as well as seafood like rapans, oysters, mussels, calamari, scallops and prawns. Apart from the quality and genius preparation methods, health-conscious Muscovites are drawn here thanks to professional wine and food pairing and the speed with which dishes virtually fly out of the kitchen.
