The concept of the meat lover’s chain Farsh consists of Natalya Belonogova’s design, Miratorg meat, brand chef Kamel Benmamar's vision and Arkady Novikov's individual concept. All the ingredients for the burgers are super fresh and are prepared in the kitchen of Farsh, as are the buns, which are baked according to the gold standard — 13 centimeters! But Farsh isn’t limited to burgers. There are salads, chicken wings, ribs, homemade pies and even doughnuts! The bar offers a big choice of lemonades, milkshakes and beer. While you wait for your “to go” order, the bar will treat you to a cup of coffee or tea for free.
