Found next to the entrance to the zoo there is a modern canteen feel to this place. The menu, as with many Kaliningrad restaurants, is a mix of dishes from different cuisines with both Russian dumplings and a not-oft found German-French Flammkuchen pie/Tarte Tarte flambée. The abundance of greenery and wood are very calming and this a good breakfast option as well.
