Ogonek Cafe

A really good tip if you’re in the area of the Upper Pond, Ogonek is set in a purpose built, two-storey glass cube building close to the Mercure hotel and the Wrangel Tower and offers a great place to enjoy good food while staring out over the lake. The standout point is its terrace and special windows which can be removed in warm weather to give you an al fresco experience even when you’re sat inside. The menu is primarily European and the restaurant is well-known for its grill dishes cooked on a special stove in the open kitchen. Reservations always recommended.
