It's a restaurant which charges you an entrance fee - 180 to 490 Rubles per person (about €2.50-7.00) depending on the day of the week and the time of visit. In return for your entrance fee though you get all the dishes and drinks from the menu at cost price. The food is delicious and the service is friendly and they have a great summer terrace. Plus feeling you've got a bargain also improves the experience.
