In the Boyar's Pantry (as the name translates) the order of the day is outstanding local food Romanian made with fresh local ingredients. This is perhaps as un-Hilton as you could imagine a restaurant to be, and the atmosphere is great, made possible by super staff. Any of the stews will have you cooing in delight.
