A student-heavy nightclub in the very centre of Cluj, Flying Circus ticks almost all of the boxes when it comes to fun-filled boozy nights in the heart of town. The music is loud, the atmosphere is relaxed, the tunes are banging (we presume that is the correct term) and nobody wants it to end.
