Old Town cafe and bar doing a sideline in trainers and denim, or a fashion shop selling coffee, cocktails and pastries. Either way you look at it, Urbanist is as cool a place as they come in Bucharest, and as a result very popular with the hippest types in the city. Mainly used as a pre-club warm-up venue, it is not unusual at the weekend to see live acts and DJs performing here in what is a more intimate and relaxed venue than most are used to. Prices decent, and there's a good selection of snacks and light meals: very good breakfast spot. Nice street terrace.
