If you’re an art lover or you’re simply curious to explore Bucharest’s Museum in the comfort of your home, lots of museums offer online tours that can keep you occupied for hours.

National Museum of Romanian History

The National Philatelic Museum which is part of The National Museum of Romanian History is a Romanian cultural institution dedicated to stamps, letters and other means of communication by post. Museum of the Romanian Peasant

This Romanian museum is one of Europe's leading museums of popular arts and traditions, with a wide collection of textiles, icons, ceramics, and other artifacts of Romanian peasant life.  You can explore the ground floor and the first floor of the museum online, and also some of its workshops and the museum’s store. National Museum of Art of Romania

Located in the Royal Palace in Revolution Square, the National Museum of Art of Romania features impressive collections of medieval and modern Romanian art, but also international collection assembled by the Romanian royal family. From the comfort of your home, you can visit the permanent exhibitions with just the click of a button:
The Old Romanian Art Gallery contains icons, fresco fragments, embroidery, manuscripts, prints and silverware from the fourteenth century to the first half of the nineteenth century. ​​​​
The Modern Romanian Art Gallery illustrates the history of Romanian art from the mid-19th century until the late 1970s.
The European Art Gallery presents masterpieces signed by great masters such as Domenico Veneziano, Tintoretto and Bronzino.
