The oldest square in the city is Piata Unirii (Union Square), surrounded by Baroque buildings on all sides, including some of the most interesting and beautiful buildings in the city, such as the Saint George Cathedral, the Baroque Palace, the Serbian Orthodox Church and Bruck House.
