This colourful annual market on Poznań's Old Town Square lets locals know that spring has officially sprung. Hallelujah! With 30-40 handsome wooden stalls, here you'll find many traditional symbols of the Easter holiday season in Poland, including beautiful handwoven Easter palms (palmy wielkanocne), handpainted Easter eggs (pisanki), wicker baskets, wreaths, linen tablecloths, gingerbread hearts, folk pottery and more. In addition to the handicrafts and decorations will be many sweets and regional delicacies served hot out of the tureen and off the grill. Poznań's Easter Fair also includes a cultural stage where various performances will be taking place.
