Fanning the flames of Poland's gourmet burger obsession is this delicious restaurant/foodtruck hybrid leading a proper invasion of the city with eight locations and (possibly) counting. For the full menu, indoor seating, and alc, choose 'Pasibus Station' on ul. Włodkowica 37 or ul. Świdnicka 11; to sample the chicken burger head to the Arkady Wrocławskie Shopping Center; and for on-the-go eats and enjoying the weather try to spot one of their food trucks scattered around town. They're also conveniently located in the Wroclavia shopping centre, so you can even grab a bite while waiting for your train or bus. The 'Gonzales' burger is basically an eating challenge, with 100% beef, pink sauce, rucola red curry paste, cheddar, jalapeno and nachos! Other creations include unconventional ingredients such as sun-dried tomato and cranberry paste, plum-ginger chutney, and sunny-side-up egg; each can be made vegetarian by swapping the 100% beef patty for a meatless alternative.
