Non-EU residents are entitled to claim a VAT tax refund on unopened purchased goods that they are taking out of European Union in their personal luggage. Refunds apply to all merchandise in any shop displaying the Global Blue logo, with a minimum total purchase (including VAT) of 200zł (about €50).
