Located on the ground floor of Krzysztofory Palace, right on the corner of the market square, this venue functions as tourist information office and ticket sales point for all 19 branches of the Kraków Museum. The folks working here can help you with a variety of information, but their primary job is to let you know what there is to see at each branch of the Kraków Museum (formerly known as Kraków History Museum, and not to be confused with the National Museum in Kraków), which includes Schindler's Factory and Rynek Underground - two museums that you really need to plan your visit for and get tickets in advance.
