Quite a bold claim from Sakura Sushi Bar, but they claim to make the best sushi in the south of Poland. We put them to the test and can say that they have substance to their claim to the throne. There are many pretenders out there, all vying to be the best, but when you throw in a show of originality and sincerity to the mix, you're sure to do well. Located right in the city centre on Katowice's most popular street, you can't go wrong with the food here. Best to note, the authenticity stretches to the seating, the conveyor belt of gluttony will continue round and round, but you'll be facing others as you stuff yourself. Mind your manners.
