It’s a rarity but when places open north of the Spodek, they are usually worth the extra walk. This bold new bakery is no exception. The incredible smells of the fresh french breads and pastries being baked in the back will immediately grab you. Depending on the time of day you may or may not find a spot to sit in the minimalist cozy cafe. But we recommend you queue up regardless because the coffee, bagesls, sandwiches and baked goods are worth it even if you have to grab and go. Our first Silesian sighting of pastrami was in our delicious croissant sandwich and we can’t wait to come back some Saturday when fresh baked bagels are on offer.
