Feel free to pick and choose as we did, which saw us presented with a deer tenderloin with pumpkin dumplings, apple gel, and brussels sprouts and one of the most-interesting dishes we’ve tried in ages –sea bream with dill mousse, orange emulsion, marinated kumquat, pickled melon and grilled artichoke. Views out over the harbour are a bonus and a trip here combined with a visit to the exhibition is absolutely recommended.
