Stealing an envious riverside position on Granary island, Whiskey in the Jar is an American bar and grill, complete with a rockin' modern interior, focused on complementing the good times with high octane food and drink and the soul and vitality of live music! Although it's a pricier menu than others, this yummy selection includes burgers, steaks, ribs and the like. The house specialty, however, is mixed drinks made with Jack Daniels and served in juice jars (hence the name). The all-important live music kicks off every evening from around 19:00/20:00 from Thursday to Saturday.
