Very easy to miss, but worth seeking out down a historic little alley, this small cafe serves great value wholesome and homemade food that's a bit more adventurous than the norm at this price range. We're talking gumbo, beef stew with rosemary and seafood chowder, as well as the usual office worker faves of salads and sandwiches. They say 'food with soul' and we're inclined to agree.
