It's a shame that the Belfast Public Hire ( London Cabs ) are getting a bad name again due to some greedy individual who obviously has no thoughts for the majority of honest drivers of Black London Cabs in Belfast. On Belhalf of all the honest, hardworking public hire drivers, we would like to apologise to Jim from Liverpool and hope that it has not put him off visiting Belfast again. Jim, here's a Tip, if the driver doesn't use his meter, by law you have nothing to pay and the Police will back you up. If you feel that you have been ripped off you can contact the Taxi enforcement team in Belfast on 02890 25 4100 make sure that you get the number of the Taxi plate either on one of the passenger windows, or the front or back of the car. If you note the drivers badge number even better still. This type of dishonesty is doing Black Taxi's in Belfast a lot of damage and needs to be stopped!

Just back from Belfast ,Great weekend, Hotel & staff were first class, Taxi from airport was very costly, £47.00 from airport to hotel, used taxi firm swift cabs Belfast beside hotel, cost £20.00 for the same run, so be carefull, stay clear from the London type cabs. (Bandits).
