Wine producer Stobi makes some very drinkable Syrah Barrique, Merlot Barrique, Aminta and Vranec Veritas. Their winery-based restaurant just north of Gradsko is a fine place to come and drink it. Surplus to the menu of local and international dishes are the chance to explore the attached vineyards and indulge in a tasting session or two.
