Not surprisingly, camping is an extremely popular thing to do in and around Ohrid, although the vast majority of available campsites are geared towards the locals who prefer sleeping under canvas or in a caravan for economic reasons rather than by choice. Accordingly, camping facilities aren’t all that great, and the concept of glamping is yet to arrive.
