Although you may feel a little uneasy about dining at a restaurant serving cuisine from a country where millions of people are on the run from the Taliban or IS fighters, we recommend you put aside your squeamishness and visit this simple Afghan restaurant, which looks and feels like somebody's living room. The décor may not be Kabul's biggest attraction, but the food most certainly is and despite its simple menu you won't go home hungry. It's also the one and only place in town where it's impolite not to eat with your hands!
