If hanging out people watching on Rembrandtplein is your thing then grab the best seat on the square at this bruincafé. The wi-fi works quite well, but it all goes down hill from there. The service can be especially horrendous in the evenings when Dutch karaoke has everyone enthralled inside. 't Centrum serves a generic lunch menu, but it does offer some good bottles of beer. Try some bitterballen with a La Trappe triple, a golden beer served in a nice tall glass. Smoking is also allowed, if not encouraged, so you can embrace the inner Dutchman in you.
