Broek in Waterland is one of the most beautiful and well-kept secrets in Holland lined with colourful waterways and wooden houses from the 17th century. Silent electric boats are an excellent way to travel through this protected area, but a kayak or canoe is might be more suitable to the adventurous traveller.
