This sandwich shop in the middle of Amsterdam Noord is a good place for a pit stop while exploring the northern part of the Dutch capital. Nick Bos doubles as a butcher shop and consequently the sandwiches filled with delicious meats are particularly appetising. But bear in mind that the girls behind the counter don't spare the salt when making a sandwich, so unless you want your lunch to taste like the Dead Sea, ask them to take it easy on the sodium.
