The author of the menu of this tiny lunchroom called Lef (Courage) in the charming 9 Streets area has, well, courage. Banana juice, mint smoothies, sandwiches with tzaziki and the somewhat cheesy Dutch wordplay on the menu illustrate a daring display of cojones. However, both the grumpy wait staff who often ignore customers deserve a kick in a certain place.
