Established in 1973, this sometimes interesting but never truly inspiring museum on three floors generally has an exhibition on the top floor and little else except for some rooms dedicated to educational events and a small library behind the ticket office. Take the small flight of stairs to the roof terrace for mildly interesting views of the city.
