Close to perfection and with the added bonus of an occasional dancing chef, this magnificent bar in a cramped and atmospheric cellar specialises in craft beer in bottles and on tap from Lithuania and abroad. The food’s good too, and the staff are ultra-friendly—something that should be cherished in a land where decent service still needs a lot of improvement.
