Sushi restaurants come and go all the time in Kaunas, with the exception of this one that’s been making the stuff for happy customers for what seems to be forever. Small, and at the far end of the city’s long pedestrian street, the huge and highly commendable menu goes a long way past just sushi and features many other simple Asian dishes.
