Really good choice. Absolutely friendly and competent personnel and high quality food. Athmosphere is fluffy with fireplace and "trumpet -lights" (a must-see).The only point was (and you can see that there is nothing serious to complain about): why even upper quality restaurants in Eastern Europe provide napkins only in a size of an average stamp and made of such thin material? I will come back for sure (with my own napkin).

We have just returned from a long weekend in Kaunus. Four of us ate at this restaurant on two nights, and we had nothing but high quality and well prepared dishes. A great range of meats, sauces, and accompaniments which were all wonderfully well prepared and presented. We found the quality of the food very high across the board in Kaunus, but this particular restaurant was the jewel in the crown.The staff were very helpful also and the value was astonishingly good. We certainly intend to return.
