Push the right button in the lift and you’ll find Džem'pub, a hit-and-miss venue with lots of live music, a bar with lots of drinks behind it, a predominantly young and alternative crowd and a large outdoor balcony for chain-smoking heaven.

Great place! Great view of Laisves avenue. Beer prices are pretty reasonable, and staff is very friendly :)
