Making their own beer on the premises years before anyone else in Kaunas, Avilys specialises in unfiltered and unpasteurised beer flavoured with honey. It’s as good as it sounds, and the beer also makes it into some of their fine food, including the magical ice cream. The menu’s loaded with top international dishes alongside some great beer snacks, all of it served in a beautiful Medieval Old Town cellar, plus there’s guided tours and even special Avilys souvenirs to take home.
