The Lighthouse occupies a piece of prime real estate among some of Riga’s best bars and it’s got big shoes to fill replacing a popular blues bar. What we observed was a stark, minimalist interior taking full advantage of its huge windows and big bar, but most people head outside to the extensive kerbside terrace in the summer months. The Sazobe pale ale on draught is one of the nation’s best brews and a small menu of stir fries, salads and Asian-style soups is also available, not to mention affordable cocktails.
