Riga’s first Aussie pub provides plenty of authentic Down Under atmosphere but thankfully without any of the usual trappings of stuffed koalas or, God forbid, any portraits of Paul Hogan. Spread out across three floors, the pub offers plenty of tasty and cheap local beers on draught as well as Australia's best craft brew, Coopers, in bottles and all are served from a bar that’s actually an old VW combi van. If you're feeling really nostalgic you can even order a VB. Fun raffles and lotteries are held often and you can also participate in beer pong and sumo nights. If the cheap happy hour prices (17:00 - 19:00 every day!) are too much for you to handle you can always crash at its hostel upstairs. No menu is available, but you can bring in food from one of a dozen nearby cafés and fast food joints.
