The food must be good judging by the queues at this cheap café around lunch and dinnertime. A decent selection of small pizzas for around €4 as well as a buffet of Latvian fare keep the locals coming back and the comfortable booths and cosy atmosphere make them linger, so getting a seat could be a problem.
