Located in a tiny historic space by Peter’s Market, Boulangerie specialises in gourmet coffee, fresh bread and pastries and tasty sweets including delicious macaroons in a variety of flavours. You can also have a glass of wine or a cocktail while you take advantage of free wi-fi or just soak up the trendy atmosphere of white-washed walls covered in art. Prices are a little high for Liepāja, but the hipster clientele and the staff don’t seem to mind and the rooftop terrace is fantastic.
