The Irish-American pub is a cosy spot to enjoy some good conversation, tasty beverages and a varied selection of pub cuisine. Voted as having the best fish and chips in the city, the freshly battered cod and chunky chips are indeed some of the best we've had. And a note on the name, JFK did spend a few days in Tallinn on his pre-presidential European tour back in the late 1930's - making it quite likely that he at least passed the location while making his way through Old Town. Regardless, Kennedy's certainly embodies the spirit of a bygone era in food, service and atmosphere. Live music and Premier League football on some nights.
