Kaerajaan offers a unique culinary experience that celebrates Estonia's rich cultural heritage while blending it with modern cuisine. Good food, good service. Even though the location might indicate overpriced tourist trap Kaerajaan is absolutely not. Well worth a visit.

Absolutely excellent meal. Had a delicious boar steak and (even though the dark beer in Estonia is outstanding) a very nice merlot to go with. Decent portions we were so full we couldn't make dessert. Service is friendly and helpful and the live musicians (a fiddler and guitarist) were professional entertaining and didn't intrude on the meal. Reasonable pricing for a first class night out. Would definitely return if I'm in Tallinn again (and yes the upstairs toilet is amusing and well worth visiting).
