We used Eurobusways between Budapest and Split this summer. Everything was great. The bus was shared (with 2 others) but still fastest way to Split.

Good to know before you use this "company"- OFFICIAL minibus service or airport shuttle can not be provided without YELLOW number plate (commercial plate) with special travel insurance and the National Transport Authority's operating licenses / by Hungarian law !!!! It is really up to you if you want to risk it or not.
