For better or worse, Menta Terasz falls squarely in the tradition of just-folks Hungarian dining, from its slightly worn country inn décor to its informal waiting staff. Compounding the cliché is live Gypsy music. Fish and other dishes are tasty, though presentation is a tad uninspired.
